Cloudvocal warranties its products to be free from defect in materials, workmanship, function or operation problems under normal use for a period of one 1 year from the date of original purchase.
Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Cloudvocal will replace or repair (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.
Replace or repair products that are over one 1 year will have to be taken on case by case basis.
This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.
Cloudvocal will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of the products. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other devices or equipment. In no event will Cloudvocal be liable for more than the amount of the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the retail price of the product. By using Cloudvocal product, the user accepts all terms herein.

Don’t forget to include following information:
1. Main problem in the mail subject
2. Order number and place of purchase
3. Full Name
4. Serial number of the product ( It’s should be CLV-xxx )
5. Detail description about the problem (With a photo of the defective parts or the recording of your noise / signal loss )
Solid evidence are required for us to process your service. No further actions will be taken if the information is considered incomplete.

To return the product for a refund. Customers have 14 days (from the sign & receive day ) of trial period before applying for the full refund. From the 15th to the 28th day, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Once we receive the return request, customers need to follow the instructions to complete refund process:
1. Make sure everything is included in the return package.
2. Send the package to the designated address.
3. Provide tracking information
*Refunds are only applicable to products purchased directly from cloudvocal.com and will not be accepted for products purchased from other unauthorized sources.
Under these circumstances, Cloudvocal will be responsible for your shipping fee (maximum of USD $20)
