Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from CLOUDVOCAL®:

◎You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

◎Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

 

◎Only items that have been purchased directly from CLOUDVOCAL® (https://us.cloudvocal.com), either online or at an CLOUDVOCAL® Retail Store, can be returned to CLOUDVOCAL®. CLOUDVOCAL® products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
 

 

Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CLOUDVOCAL® product you may return it for a full product refund (excluding shipping fee) from 14 days you received it.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Properly re-package the product you purchased.
2. Contact the customer service staff on the website, or E-mail to service@cloudvocal.com, and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
 
 
 

Warranty

Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the product fail under normal use condition during the warranty period, CLOUDVOCAL® will repair or replace the producr free of charge.

 

◎Acessories that comes with the product is not covered by the same warranty. If there's malfunctions in the accessories come with the package, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

 

◎Please keep your order number and proof of purchase for future warranty sevice.

 

◎Warranty service doesn't include the following improper installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, accident, damage, misusge, abuse, natural wear or other accidents, actions, faults or negligence causing a malfunction, etc.
